General Studies Department

Of the twelve Bachelor of Arts degrees, at least half of these are in the General Studies Department. These are designed so that the student can design a program tailor-made for his particular needs. For example, a student may wish to do missions work in the inner city, and therefore may take missions courses and add in some education courses along with a thorough knowledge of the Bible. At UBC we have endeavored to design programs that will benefit a person for the field in which they are called to minister.

Our goal is to help students know what they believe and know how to communicate this to others with whom they work!
