You can request your transcript online using the form below. The charge for each transcript is $5.00 and be paid by calling our office at (317) 896-9324 or visiting our Give page.

Please note: Transcripts will not be released for any student with an unpaid balance at Union Bible College. Your account balance must be paid in full to be eligible to receive copies of your academic transcript.

Please request your transcript well in advance of your deadline. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your transcript to be processed.
