When we talk about personal wholeness, we must recognize that its foundation is spiritual. As Christians, we understand the importance of having a relationship with Christ—but do we truly know Him in a right and intimate way? Do we know Him as He reveals Himself through His Word, or do we view Him through the lens of our earthly relationships, experiences, and circumstances?

On Day 1 of “Exploring Personal Wholeness,” we will examine God’s character as revealed in Scripture, the experiences that have shaped our view of God, and practical daily disciplines that help us know Him more deeply and accurately.

God created us to live in relationship with Him and with one another. Relationships shape who we are, and we, in turn, influence the people with whom we share our lives. Healthy relationships can enrich and strengthen us, while unhealthy relationships can leave lasting emotional and spiritual wounds.
 

So, how healthy are your relationships?
 

On Day 3 of “Exploring Personal Wholeness,” we will explore the characteristics of healthy relationships as God intended them to be. We will examine common relational challenges and identify practical ways to cultivate relationships that are healthy, balanced, and life-giving.

It is easy to underestimate the impact our emotional health has on our spiritual lives, physical well-being, and relationships. While many Christians understand the importance of spiritual health and wholeness, emotional health is sometimes overlooked or neglected. Yet God cares deeply about our emotional well-being just as He cares about our spiritual growth.
 

On Day 2 of “Exploring Personal Wholeness,” we will examine the foundations of emotional wholeness, the factors that influence our emotional health, and practical ways to overcome challenges that hinder emotional well-being.
